Folks - thanks for attending tonight's NT 2011 meeting. I wanted to capture some notes to keep everyone up to speed. These notes will also be on the web site under HOT Crew News.
The scouts identified 3 potential fundraising events that they will research to define all the specifics of the event (costs, schedules, location profit, etc). The 3 events are Hot Dog Sales, House Number Painting and Garage Sale. The scout leads to define these fundraisers are: Garrett (hot dog sales), Jak (house number painting) and Winston (garage sale). These scouts may employ other scouts to support their task. If they have any questions, they can drop me an e-mail. It is expected that the leads will present their results at the next NT 2011 meeting.
The leaders presented the crew composition. Each crew will determine a name and identify a crew lead at our next meeting. The crews are as follows:
Crew A (Leaders: Brad and Rick)
Crew B (Leaders: Pat and Matt)
Next Meeting will be Dec 19 at 2:00 at the Chandler's House (4702 Fairview Drive)
